GinWizard™ is a separate, stand-alone
processing monitoring system whose software acquires and presents
data from the IsoTester® and other content generators
to better enable the intelligent ginner to take
immediate control actions.

The ginner looks at the GinWizard™ screen and can make immediate decisions
and process control actions to optimize the value of the cotton for the producer and
to provide more "useable" fiber to the mill by utilizing the following tools:

  • Statistical Process Control Charts: leaf, color, micronaire, etc.
  • Image Comparison with USDA Digital Standards, side by side
  • Premium and Discount CCC Calculator
  • Cleaning Efficiency: i.e. # of lint cleaners
  • Management Reporting
